Pros

-Considerate of your commute and/or inability to travel -Will attempt to give cases that fit within your schedule -Room for growth so long as you receive your Master's degree

Cons

-When having a case, it becomes increasingly difficult to take time off as you have to cancel session with your clients only to make up the hours at a later date (i.e., this goes for holiday cancellations, personal cancellations, cancellations on behalf of the clients' family, etc.) -Depending on how many cases you take on, the life/work balance feels strenuous. -Apart from supervisors who you may see at least once a week/month, there is no social interaction with other coworkers unless when attending staff meetings.

Pros

You can get a lot of supervision hours as a mid tier.

Cons

The company is run by a bunch of fake individuals. They are flooding the reviews with people who are PAID and most likely for a cash prize which is so messed up. The services they provide are sub-par, with insurance fraud being the norm there. It’s a medi-cal scandal waiting to happen.
