Pros

Dedicated in ensuring you learn and grow within the field of ABA and is willing to work through your mistakes until you get it right

Cons

No competitive pay, benefits are beyond basic only covers a portion of kaiser bronze, no real disciplinary actions in place when employees engage in unacceptable behavior, does not give out raises, signing bonuses, monthly bonuses etc.

Company doesn't micromanage and gives you free range to to as you please .

Cons

With that free range, many slack and don't do there job. No one ever gets fired which will be the companies downfall.
