Cons

It is lacking a strong HR department and needs a lot of structure. Needs an electronic filing system for personnel files and a employee handbook.

You can get a lot of supervision hours as a mid tier.

Cons

The company is run by a bunch of fake individuals. They are flooding the reviews with people who are PAID and most likely for a cash prize which is so messed up. The services they provide are sub-par, with insurance fraud being the norm there. It’s a medi-cal scandal waiting to happen.
