Pros

Employees are intelligent, fun, and willing to help each other. Everyone is working towards a common goal. CEO has everyone working hard but not overworked. Employees are treated like adults and are not micro managed.

Cons

No cons that I can think of unless you don't like working in office.

This is a small but growing company.

Cons

One owner, her opinion is the only one that matters in the end, make sure you can manage up and be prepared to be turned down if you can't convince her. Small company politics ect. HIGH employee turnover
