Pros

Pay was good for entry level.

Cons

Deceptive tactics to get employees to work 2-3 different job titles without compensation. Work environment is not the best. Employees are receptive to new personnel you feel left out.

Pros

Really nice kitchen. Modern decor.

Cons

Management and strategy are mercurial. The CEO will skip your bonus to pay for private planes. Titles don't equal competence but they hand them out as if they make a difference. Single moms and people of color are hourly, everyone else is salaried. On paper, it's everything you hope for in a woman/veteran-owned business. In practice, it's a train wreck.
