There is a lot to get involved in locally and at the firmwide level, based on your interests - well-being, diversity, affinity groups, community, and more. Excellent benefits plan, casual dress code, and beautiful Portland office. Amazing 24/7 tech support and array of technologies to streamline most functional areas.

Cons

An inherent challenge of working remotely during COVID is employee engagement, but Stoel has been working hard to provide programs, initiatives, and opportunities to help people feel supported.
