Pros
Bridget is a phenomenal pick for the GM. Her ability to lead through change and be inclusive was amazing to be a part of and she is very great and processing feedback and leaning into people's opinion.
Cons
Literally everything else. Mark, the guy in charge of hospitality, couldn't property manage a paper bag let alone a single vacation property. The way that money is just shoved down the drain, not recognizing assets properly, it's no wonder the board is continuously asking for financial review. You could walk into any pass office, bluff you lived in a vacation home and just to keep it all happy they'd give you a comp ticket. It's definitely a soup kitchen of a tax write off. PT/sick time is also blended so unless you personally keep track of each, you have no idea of knowing what your PTO balance is.
