Pros

Work from home; left alone to do your job (no hovering supervisors); decent training; great mentors; good way to break into IT or refresh skills after being away from the field

Cons

Malfunctioning tools; strict metrics; working as sub-contracted support for the most hated company in the United States; just started requiring us to take Tier 1 calls as well as Tier 2 for the same poor pay (meaning back to back angry customers for every shift); supervisors call you on your off days to guilt you into taking overtime; pay is NOT competitive (it's $10.25/hr for two tiers of support; Apple and Asurion start out their Tier 1 work-at-home support at $17).

Pros

When I worked there there was competitive pay and benefits. Good at hiring excellent staff. Fun staff events. Good leadership.

Cons

The business product transitioned into a services related product. Not very exciting
