Pros
Work from home, great co-workers, excellent benefits package, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Excellent environment for enhancing and expanding your technology skills.
Cons
Only cons I can really think of are the fact that its still a call center job, however it isnt back to back 3-5 minute calls. One call can lead to multiple issues with one client next thing you know half the day is gone.
