Execs are only concerned about squeezing everything out of the lowly worker bees, while giving themselves big salaries, bonuses, and entertainment. They don't value managerial skills or how to motivate and retain excellent employees. It's a "Might is Right" office culture. If you don't like it, there's the door. They keep the workers at minimum salary justified by trying to be profitable, but give themselves huge bonuses based on imaginary achievements and meaningless goals.
