Worst management possible - RST Support.com Employee Review

Management instead of firing you they just keep trying to sabotage your work computer so it will not work properly, give you back to back calls while everyone else is sitting idle . They want you to quit, and the so called callers is just the management team on break or whatever being mean , talking down to you, just make you feel like real lowlife all because you trying to work. All nice to your face etc, stab you back constantly, lie constantly. Have policy in place cannot disconnect from customer even if yelling etc. Overall if you don't pass their high and mighty tech support customer service they try to get rid of you underhandly and not pay unemployment at all no matter how hard you fight them.
