Pros
The hiring process was easy and you receive an interview immediately. The trainers are very knowledgeable and you can tell they love their job. They make you comfortable and you just know you can go to them for anything. Once you "hit the floor" the supervisors now take care of you. They will assist you with anything you need and never leave you feeling as if you can't go to them. They offer both full time and part time. Full time for me was from 8 am to 4:30 pm and there is always slots for overtime.
Cons
The only con would be the customers that call. Some are belligerent, aggressive and talk down to you. Other than that it's a great company to work for.
