As we continue to evolve, so does our compensation structure. We have long been an employer who has a pay for performance philosophy. We have recently begun a pilot program which allows the individual employee to control his/her compensation rate by their performance and attendance. We are very excited to present this new program to our employees! Regarding schedules, we are very open about the need to be flexible, however, we always provide a minimum of a two week notice before a schedule is changed. We have several options available to our employees regarding schedule changes, such as a unique shift auction process and the ability to trade with other employees. We continue to develop new ways for our employees to find the schedule that works best for them while also supporting our ever-changing business requirements. Thank you for your feedback.
