Pros

Work from home? Not really a pro though, because you are using your own equipment.

Cons

You will literally be working for less than the poverty line. Impossible metrics to meet. Overly critical, for the expectations they have of you, the pay certainly does not equate to proper compensation. "Flex" scheduling, meaning you will most likely not work the hours you were originally hired for, as well as a periodic mandatory shift bid which means eventually you will be moved off your shift. I don't even think they give raises here. They have P4P which means you must score in the top 40 to even get compensation for extra pay. Look elsewhere.

Thank you for your comments, but they are not accurate. Our pay for performance program rewards all employees who obtain the performance metrics, and it is not limited to the top 40% - it is all inclusive. Flex scheduling is confined to one hour, and like all call centers we do have shift alignments to align with the changing business needs. We wish you the best in your new endeavors.
