They Don't Care - PTE Support.com Employee Review

Everything else. The company doesn't care about the people that made it what it is. The PTE's especially are getting screwed over right now. They are expanding from a few 100k customers to over 10 million. They are hiring PTE or HNS (i.e Wireless folks @ lower pay) to do the jobs were as there forcing existing PTE's to work MANDITORY OT while the other departments get sent home early if they want. EVERY other dept has been shipped overseas the ONLY reason our dept hasn't (yet) is due to contract requirement for North American Techs. Onces thats gone we can kiss our jobs goodbye and that is a fact.
