Pros

Its awesome to work at home. They give you the headphones and mic to use. No phone line needed. 6 weeks of paid training. Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, etc.)

Cons

Schedule is based on shift bids and how well your matrix is. Only $8.50 + .50 cents equipment differential during training, then $9.75 + .50 after that, but only if you don't have extended training. Even if it is for one day, they still only pay you $8.50 an hour for full production efforts for the next two weeks. Classes being trained immediately after yours may be paid a higher starting wage than you, depending on job listing. Different cities get different pay for same work done. Can work for any of the tenants. Hard to advance. Medical benefits are half your paycheck (starting wages at $9.75) for a family size of 3.
