Pros
working from home is the main advantage. You can learn a lot from other employees.
Cons
Everything is based on metrics(your call stats). They laid over 200 plus people back in December, some had been there over 5 years. You are not able to move up in promotion unless you are popular with the upper management. They have no faith in their own company so they rely on many other company's for income. Absolutely no raises.
