Pros

Non besides working from home.

Cons

Harassing emails everyday to work overtime because they never have enough help due to the fact most employees will quit within a few months or so. Back to back calls all day long -- usually between 100-400 people waiting to talk to you everyday. Forced to read from a script that makes NO sense whatsoever. You must spend most of your phone call reading scripts rather than doing what really matters -- help the customer. The major tenant is providing tech support for Comcast. Customers hate you when they first call in because a lack of care, understanding, or ability to fix any real issue -- Instead we just transfer them back and forth between departments until they threaten to cancel their subscription. All Comcast's equipment you'll work on is faulty and they will not accept the blame and fix it, rather spend more money to troubleshoot reoccurring issues over and over. No Pay Raises , No Employee recognition, No way to advance. Policies change a on a day-to-day basis without any provided training or direction. Human Resource department will not reply to any serious inquiries about pay, wages, or performance. Pay is low and they've made it clear that no raises or wage increases are possible, infact our trainer actually said you're job is threatened if you make more than everyone else -- they will fire you for making too much, yes. Half the time their VPN or Data center goes down and we're forced to take calls with no tools or guidance. A literal mess and a true nightmare to work for. Did I mention you could make more flipping burgers at McDonalds?
