Pros

They do tend to work you your full 8 hours.

Cons

They are awful to their employees and do not follow their own QA. Purposely try to make you miss bonus anytime they can. They are very opinion based on their QA and for the other metrics they are almost all completely unfair and do not explain them properly. They have no empathy for their employees and treat them more as cattle and livestock than humans. The issue is not with lower management but upper management and they ignore any attempts by lower management or their employees to address issues.

Pros

When I worked there there was competitive pay and benefits. Good at hiring excellent staff. Fun staff events. Good leadership.

Cons

The business product transitioned into a services related product. Not very exciting
