Pros

You get to work from home and the benefits albeit not as good as some places were decent. You do learn to deal with customers, some good, some bad. This place will really get you the skills to become a better customer support agent and help you move on to bigger roles with other companies. The holiday pay was decent, you have to work holidays but they give you all those days back financially throughout the year and they do pay you it when you leave if it has not been used.

Cons

Where do I begin, this place is just not organized at all. You are a slave to the man, they lure you in and just push you out when not needed anymore. There is no room for advancement besides maybe becoming a supervisor which means you don't have to answer "calls," which is a definite upside because you don't have to deal with the absolute moronic customers that will call in and ask for help. The downside of being a supervisor would be that you have to pretty much baby sit your close to 25 'babies' underneath you with one on one's etc. Now there are some great techs there, don't get me wrong but about 60% of the rest are just script readers and couldn't setup a brand new computer much less a network.
