Pros

I was able to move off of the production floor and become a trainer in less than a year of working with the company, supervisors are all very approachable and the hr staff is very supportive of any issues that come their way. Management claims to be working on a clearer path to promotions from within. As a member of the LGBTQ community the work from home environment feels very safe to work from.

Cons

After becoming a trainer I was locked in and couldn't move from being a trainer to anything else in the company because my manager told anyone interested in having me move to their department that I couldn't go because I'm training classes, which several times was blatantly untrue (I have now not had a class in several months) the training program that I work with came without a raise, and had no potential to get a raise unless I was able to get promoted, and the company now only promotes half of its leadership from within or less. Again as an LGBTQ person, due to the extremely heavy no religious or political conversation rules in the company, I never really felt comfortable coming out, because we rarely spoke about our lives outside of work

Pros

When I worked there there was competitive pay and benefits. Good at hiring excellent staff. Fun staff events. Good leadership.

Cons

The business product transitioned into a services related product. Not very exciting
