Pros
The only pro this company is you get to work from home.
Cons
To start, the is not even a entry level IT job as it was stated, its a call center job. I've been with them for 2 years, My shift hours have change any were from a week notice to 3 months. They do not help or try to work around your home/school life as they brag about. Starting pay if your lucky is $10.50 hr, plus $.50 cents to pay for the use of your own equipment. You will never get a pay raise as the CEO has state many times. We are never to be concern with helping customers. They about about the script and how long where you on the call. You will get ding for any environmental issues that come up, IE power outages, internet outages. ...... My advice, go work for walmart, fast food, or even hold a sign on the side of the street... YOU'LL MAKE MORE and BE TREATED BETTER.
