Pros
Working from home is nice IF you have reliable Internet service.
Cons
Its a dead end job with high turnover. The pay is lousy. There are 40+ metrics which you must adhere to and some of them contradict each other. A lot of the metrics are "hand holding" type things that show management doesn't trust the employees. This hurts the customer in the long run. Mandatory overtime was lame.
