Pros

There is a clean environment with fresh paint on the walls. There is a spacious cafeteria with a chef on the weekdays. There are plenty of snacks and drinks in the vending area (Avanti Marketplace). They have nice workstations and it's a fun environment.

Cons

Things are always changing. We are constantly worried that the campaign may be shut down due to management.

Pros

Direct supervisor and clinical team members were excellent!!! Very supportive.

Cons

Lots of restructuring and program changes happening within the EAP . Not a stable place to work at the moment. Low pay. Caseload expectations of 7 clients per day (3 intakes + 4 follow up appts) with 30 minutes for lunch and 30 minutes for admin.
