Pros

The other staff were very friendly and the radiologists were great. There was no call and no weekends which was fantastic.

Cons

I had some major concerns as far as safety and the pay was the lowest in the area. Not very good management as it was run by someone with no imaging experience.

Remote position and weekends off.

Cons

Poor management and they are never available when you need them, low pay and poor work life balance. You only get ten minute breaks in between back to back calls which is unreal. Redundant work flow.
