Pros

The company as a whole is really focused on patient care. Good mission statement. Most people that work there are nice and intelligent. Dr's as a whole are great. Lots of potential to transition to other departments. Overall pay was mediocre.

Cons

Employees are often bullied, lots of gossip, they take on so many patients per day, that most times you don't get a lunch, break, or even have time to finish your work. They are strict on OT policies, and PTO is impossible to use if not requested 6+ months in advance. Lots of turnover.

Pros

Imaging is interesting branch of medicine and the Drs are as a whole a good group.

Cons

Horrible and cruel levels of gossip by employees. There are "gangs" of employees that actively work together to drive other employees out of the company if the employee does not fit in or there is some other personal issue.

Cons

Devisive and retaliatory management, especially if you voice your honest opinion. Recent loss of several long-term, veteran staff members.
