Won great place to work award three years in a row. Free food twice a month. Good wages. Good coworkers.

Cons

Illogical, unscientific COVID policies that discriminate and segregate. Management is being stretched more and more thin and becoming less responsive to employee concerns.

Remote position and weekends off.

Cons

Poor management and they are never available when you need them, low pay and poor work life balance. You only get ten minute breaks in between back to back calls which is unreal. Redundant work flow.
