While there have been some issues with leadership, I have to say that the company as a whole is doing a great job of adapting to changes and staying ahead of the curve in our industry.
Cons
The manager's behavior towards employees is unacceptable and may even be considered abusive. By frequently belittling his team members, he is damaging their morale and self-esteem. This kind of behavior can also erode the trust and respect that employees have for their manager. Furthermore, it is possible that the manager's belittling is masking his own failure as a leader. Rather than addressing the root cause of issues and working collaboratively with his team to find solutions, he is resorting to criticizing and lying about his employees' performance.
