Pros

I got to practice my profession and skills. They also hired me even though I didn't have much experience.

Cons

Unfortunately, the workplace is full of toxicity and negativity. And this awful work environment only brings stress and negativity to the employees. The managers themselves are the ones who spread hostility in the workplace with their rude attitudes and constant verbal harassment.

Remote position and weekends off.

Cons

Poor management and they are never available when you need them, low pay and poor work life balance. You only get ten minute breaks in between back to back calls which is unreal. Redundant work flow.
