Great place to learn and expand your horizons, you will have strive to learn new systems and processes. Almost always overtime is available.
Cons
If the contract budget get's cut, so do you. The upper management typically doesn't listen to it's lower employees. They say they are all about education but that is not the case, they will make you choose between your job or your education, there is no part-time availabilities.
