Pros
The Job it self is pretty much laid back, work to your skill level, and pretty much you have no issue. Other contractors, and other employees for the most part are easy to get along with and helpful. Pays not the greatest but its a Job and mostly constant employment.
Cons
Pay! Call it what ever you want, but YOU WILL have almost constant Delays in pay. Even after speaking with "The nice Ladies" in the office. Unprofessional business ethic, Total lack of accountability On "TRC's" part. I have been with them for a year and my pay has been wrong, or delayed well over 8 times in a 6 month period! Every time with it ending up being "Someone else's" problem and not theirs. Now to be fair yes I eventually got paid but when you agree to work for a company and give them your time energy and effort, they agree to pay you on time in a timely manner, this is not the prevailing understanding with TRC. They will also move your pay date around to suit them, and during inclement, weather bewared! they will do you a favor by paying for a day you didn't work to help off-set your hours, with out you knowing it, just to take said wages right back out of your next check also without you knowing it... You have been warned. If you take your job even remotely serious and want an agency that will be on your side, Give this agency a second thought. Do your research, and if something better is available, .. Follow your gut
