      Coworkers are nice.. They are the ones pushing you to be great!

      Cons

      - Upper Management is horrible. No one understands how to keep employees. People stay at a position because they love the people and if management doesn't make you feel comfortable you're already half way out the door. - Pay is horrible... In the long run that waitress job was better. TRUST ME. - No real bonus plan! You know how you expect to get more $$ the harder you work? Hahaha think again. Going to take you a while to get from 35K to 40K...Even after 3 years!

      Pros

      The company culture is amazing and I have a lot of support from our corporate office. I like the fact that our goal is to match the best candidates not only based on experience but how they will fit in with the Client's culture and work environment...we don't just send a person to send them - we really strive to find employees who will stay long term, reducing turnover immensely!

      Cons

      More personal than company - the industry is constantly up and down and is very dependent on the wok force. It can be frustrating working with a candidate who you think is a perfect fit but doesn't end up working out...

      The offices are pretty nice?

      Cons

      The Peter Principle is in full effect here. Used to be a great company that cared about their clients. Now they only care about throwing warm bodies into positions instead of qualified candidates. Cut throat environment where superiors will throw someone under the bus in order to advance themselves. Upper management supports an us vs. them atmosphere between operations and sales. Avoid this company like the plague.
