      Pros

      TeleTech has been my home for the last 13 years. Even with a lot of competition outside, I am extremely pleased with how my career has progressed and how I have been developed as a leader and person. Is it perfect? Absolutely not. But what I appreciate is the investment in tools and resources to make employees better, and how everyone treats each other like family. There may be other centers that pay more, but to love what you do everyday and have your voice be heard is not something you see in all BPO companies.

      Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication

      Pay structure /no raises in 4 years. Leadership as a whole. Unstable financials Processes are broken Inexperienced Management over team.
