      Pros

      The company, and the team that I belong to ensures to push me to my limits thus bringing out the best in me and discovering skills and talent that I never thought I had. I sometimes feel that I am at my breaking point and outside my comfort zone only to realize that it will only contribute to my growth further realizing my potential. It's all worth it at the end of the day!

      Cons

      40 hours a week ain't enough to discover all good things at TTEC! I have become better professionally and personally in this company, and that is invaluable, but I feel that compensation should commensurate workload. Happy employees, thriving company!

      Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication

      Pay structure /no raises in 4 years. Leadership as a whole. Unstable financials Processes are broken Inexperienced Management over team.
