      Pros

      Teletech is a great first job for people. In the area I worked, the management was very flexible and worked with people's schedules to accommodate various unforeseen issues.

      Cons

      Teletech(ttech) HR group is unresponsive. I resigned on January 14, and was supposed to get a letter about this, and to this day have not received it. It is important for my next health care provider to know that I am no longer on teletech's healthcare system (Anthem). It is impossible to get a phone number for HR as they have a website that is also dysfunctional.

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication

      Pay structure /no raises in 4 years. Leadership as a whole. Unstable financials Processes are broken Inexperienced Management over team.
