      Pros

      Worked 2 projects. First @ home project was very disorganized and almost impossible to get support or questions answered to assist customers. Second project was the complete opposite. Very professional support people that went out of their way to assist you. Sad to see this job end.

      Cons

      Very regimented, almost like a military operation that created a stressful environment. You were expected to constantly keep up with changes and be flexible while the Company was always rigid.

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication

      Pay structure /no raises in 4 years. Leadership as a whole. Unstable financials Processes are broken Inexperienced Management over team.
