Pros

The people I worked with were beyond reproach, high integrity and dedicated to doing the right thing.

Cons

Everything above the people I work for. Their "Human Capital" department is a perfect description for exactly what you are to the beancounters. You are nothing if you're not bringing in revenue, I believe the exact words I heard from a VP were "If you're not billable you're useless to me" immediately before he laid off a stack of people. They're horrible, dishonest people who do not invest in their staff, work them to the bone then jettison them the instant they're used up. It didn't happen to me however I watched it happen to several before I got out on my own. It will not take long for one of those disgruntled employees to file a whistleblower complaint or hand over documentation to a client demonstrating how dishonest they really are.

Pros

Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

Cons

Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security
