NONE. This place is against you. Success is a negative for the weak management - you are a threat

Wow, where to begin: inaccessible management who are petty, poorly equipped to lead or teach, but very good at finding ways (none of which is reviewable) to take your money away, computers that can't even access the home network efficiently, and how's the thought of NOT GETTING YOUR PAYCHECK, then not even getting an acknowledgement from payroll sound as incentive?? I've heard horror stories in every program; it's a culture. The most Mickey Mouse, bush league, despicable place I've ever worked

Cons

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication

Pay structure /no raises in 4 years. Leadership as a whole. Unstable financials Processes are broken Inexperienced Management over team.
