      Pros

      There's only one perk, work from home period. The pay is not competitive you can not pay rent making $16.00 dollars an hour.

      Cons

      Trainer talked fast and details and details were lost in translation. Penalized clocking in 5 mins before your shift starts. There is no H.R. dept all digital (AI) everything ran by a machine. Low wages, no raises, no bathroom breaks, training 165 models each one has a test must be completed within 3 weeks at end there are 3 exams. There knowledge base is old fashion styled encyclopedia you must find your answer/process within it by searching & reading.

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication

      Pay structure /no raises in 4 years. Leadership as a whole. Unstable financials Processes are broken Inexperienced Management over team.
