      Work from home is the only pro in this company.

      I wrote another review for the company and they responded that since the Job title was wrong, my experience has nothing to do with them and that they are sorry. So, I decided since I know where I am working to write again the review, hoping they will take it into account and not gaslit me. 1. harassment and the management does nothing about it 2. management failure 3. base salary 4. gossip 5. really inappropriate language and mocking 6. they fire the people they do not like, even though they meet the KPIs 7. not able to go to the toilet outside the 30min break AUX

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication

      Pay structure /no raises in 4 years. Leadership as a whole. Unstable financials Processes are broken Inexperienced Management over team.
