      Pros

      Entry-level. Easy interview process. Good for gaining experience in a remote setting. Many different types of customer service based positions. Good hours. Supportive management for the most part.

      Cons

      Not nearly enough time dedicated to the training process. Received one week of watching slides, and then the next week you are already in production taking calls. Knowledge based is SEVERELY lacking. You are expected to be able to answers questions without being throughly trained on the subject matter. Pay rate is not nearly enough for what you are doing and what theyn expect from you.

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication

      Pay structure /no raises in 4 years. Leadership as a whole. Unstable financials Processes are broken Inexperienced Management over team.
