      free coffee and tea and the bistro in the basement. Salary is paid on time.

      Cons

      Up to 5-digit commission sums are mentioned in the job interview, but only a few employees are able to reach these figures. The company recruits new applicants almost every month. After a 4-week training course, which is held in english, you have to pass an exam, in which a sales interview is simulated. A script is used, which is included in the commission. If you don't pass the test, you are removed. If you pass the role play, you will be seated at a table and then it starts to scam companies in your home country. Pressure, control and threats are the tools used here. Inadequate salary, bonus and vacation system. Competetive bonus system.

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
