Pros

Free coffee. Free coffee made friends a long the Way

Cons

This is the worst company I've worked for been at my job for 2 years With the USAA PROGRAM.. Fully certified in Msas ( acct takeovers. Id theft. Credit/debit card fraud. The STUPID Apple ipay and took a crash course in recovery..and certified with credit card services) with msas I went thru to many . Teamleads as they fired and shuffled so many. MANY. Not all act as if your a complete annoyance and you have to show them how to do their job... Leads depend on broken agents for floor support and most of the info given is wrong... I was them moved over to credit card services. With the promise of a promotion... Another year later I'm still sitting in the same chair doing the same thing... I finally got bumped up to a coach which is STUPID cause your off the phones NOT MAKING MSAT MONEY... Which by the Way if your not in credit cards your more then likely not guna get msat payout. As it goes off of the related sites as a whole an not just your individual performance.. So you can make an extra 200 a month but you won't get it.... The management is a joke.. If you need to call in not only do you have to call your team lead but your sdm see if you can even get approval before calling leave line.. Like you really want to talk to 3 diffrent people to call in all while trying to guide a puking kid to the bathroom.. God forbid your a single parent trying to call in this company don't care. They want you in that chair.. Even when the governor calls a state of emergency the weather (snow) has made the streets unsafe to travel on.. They don't care They will tell you to leave earlier pack kitty litter.. And for what $10 an hour.. When USAA is in the building you are told DO NOT TALK TO THEM ABOUT ANYTHING. Without hateing a team lead there... WHY ALL IF THE SECRETS?? Be honest let them know your computers aren't. Large anuff to run their program. Let them know that your traing sucks. And that the guy that's been there for 5 yrs makes no more then the guy that had just started.. Let them know how you treat your employees.. And that the only thing teletech cares ab is money

Pros

Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

Cons

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
