Pros

Good Pay Remote Work Bonus incentive

Cons

Unreasonable Stress Unreasonable demands from the client and management. If you say or click the wrong thing, you are terminated for one error, no exceptions. So it’s a gamble call by call as to whether or not you will have a job with this specific campaign All requests for transfers to a more reasonable assignment will be denied because they can’t keep agents for this one Logging in every day to a new threat from management about compliance People are quitting or being terminated in droves from this assignment because of how stressful it is. Get an ADA accommodation for your mental health if you must work for this company and consider it a part time job and pursue other options because this isn’t a good option if you need full time income that you can depend on Don’t expect to be treated with respect if you have an honest work ethic. Your good qualities will be ignore and management will hyper-focus on technical errors and there is a long list of ones that will get you terminated for the first offense. This isn’t sustainable and no one will be left eventually. I’m not sure what the client or management expects this stress to accomplish. It wasn’t always this way. If you need a temporary check then apply but if you have better options, pursue those!
