      Pros

      Has a lot of personal and professional growth opportunities, as long as you are willing to take the initiative to obtain the certifications that they offer. Wonderful people and team atmosphere.

      Cons

      There does seem to be a cap to how much you can progress professionally. After 4 years and there are only sporadic seasons where you can earn more, not much, but then you can fall down to lower pay. Shifts are not consistent and cause difficulty in trying to plan anything.

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication

      Pay structure /no raises in 4 years. Leadership as a whole. Unstable financials Processes are broken Inexperienced Management over team.
