      Pros

      Honestly, they were a great company as everything was very updated. Trainings were provided continuously. Response from company HR or service desk were efficient as well. You'll just really need to be patient at times and the offer was better than other companies especially since it was a WFH experience.

      Cons

      Continuous reprofiling of LOB's. Once you're already settled they will update it again after a few months. It's like you need to get profiled in all the LOB's for that specific client which was very tiring at times.

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication

      Pay structure /no raises in 4 years. Leadership as a whole. Unstable financials Processes are broken Inexperienced Management over team.
