Pros

Good technology and excellent security.

Cons

Open floorplan is noisy. Prior experience is not valued. Expressing an opinion on how/why to do something based on experience is met with alienation. Very long periods of time without any work tasks. Many peers which are not detail-oriented, but there is a risk of discipline if someone is hurt or offended when you call out that details were missed.

Nice coworkers, good CTO. The northewest is a nice area

Cons

Haunted by past decisions. Tablesafe had promise. The rail was a good idea but was poorly engineered/designed initially and the lack of strong executive meant it could not overcome the tremendous hurdle needed to course-correct the company into producing a viable competitive product. sad. Unfortunately common. Tip your hardware engineers, people.
