dog friendly. good benefits. casual. friendly people. good product and ideas. could be great with more investment.

Cons

Sometimes upper management gets too involved in the details. Let people make decisions, it's why you hired them in the first place. Would be nice to have a more flexible remote work policy. Sales people aren't focused and non-technical.

Nice coworkers, good CTO. The northewest is a nice area

Haunted by past decisions. Tablesafe had promise. The rail was a good idea but was poorly engineered/designed initially and the lack of strong executive meant it could not overcome the tremendous hurdle needed to course-correct the company into producing a viable competitive product. sad. Unfortunately common. Tip your hardware engineers, people.
