-Great Product -Laid back culture -Hard working employees (lots of people willing to jump in to help no matter what) -A wide variety of customers and environments -Hands on experience helping grow the product and the company

-Small Start up has its typical challenges, you have to know that going in -Change in direction based on client need can make juggling priorities difficult

Nice coworkers, good CTO. The northewest is a nice area

Haunted by past decisions. Tablesafe had promise. The rail was a good idea but was poorly engineered/designed initially and the lack of strong executive meant it could not overcome the tremendous hurdle needed to course-correct the company into producing a viable competitive product. sad. Unfortunately common. Tip your hardware engineers, people.
