If you're a sports and beer fan, you can make a ton of regulars by being enthusiastic about the concept

The company isn't well run, going through multiple ownership groups over the years. The hourly employees are seen and treated as expendable.

Customers seem fairly laid back.

Cons

Many. Hired as a Bartender and Management was rude and aggressive, Specifically one Manager, Asked me, "WE GONNA HAVE A PROBLEM?!" Tried it out for a small period of time. They are very disorganized, Bugs and Dirty environment, Many walking health code violations. The pay for training is $7 PER HOUR. Below minimum wage. One coworker had hygiene so incredibly bad I could not work with him. They NEVER paid me. Did not make it long here. Stay Away, Run,
